At Gatineau Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your skincare products, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Package

Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box.

Ship the Items

Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method to ensure it arrives safely and can be processed promptly.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
